This year's birthday is also a thanksgiving celebrated by the big family; “YUJI & YUKKI” are alive and well with love. It is a life ceremony for all participants. It is the perfect place to stimulate and inspire each other. Yuji Yazawa, happily 49 years old. Anyway, everything is going well, I am happy.

Sushi Ichitaka’s Kazuhiro Kimiya and the proprietress Kanako came all the way to Okinawa from Fukuoka on their regular holiday to celebrate with us and served us the best sushi dishes made from their deep love and philosophy! It was delicious and they even gave us a nigiri lecture. Thank you very much.

Sushi is a Shinto ritual. It is a world of history and wisdom, artistic and enlightened at the same time. I learned about Japanese traditions I never knew existed.
