2023.09.10Former Minister of Justice, Ken Saito, visited the Oneness Foundation headquarters.

We held a discussion session involving members from the Ministry of Justice Correction Bureau, the Ministry of Justice Rehabilitation Bureau, and the Probation Office. It was an incredible meeting, one that I believe will shape the impact of the next ten years.

This month marks 18 years since our founding. The organization continues to grow more remarkable with time. I fondly remember when it was just me, and I am grateful for my past self. Our current two leaders are doing an incredible job, and the hard work of over 100 staff members on the front lines engaging directly with clients has made this success possible. Thank you to everyone.

The Oneness Foundation, driven by a wellbeing curriculum, supports meaningful life rebuilding through Japan’s only life career school for former inmates and youth detention center graduates.

This initiative was made possible by Yukki, a dear friend, partner, and family member, who is also the founder and Vice President of Bears, Japan's largest housekeeping service company, connecting us all with love. Experiencing this strengthened bond today with our extended family of like-minded individuals is truly special. Thank you, everyone 😊 Everything is falling into place. Osu.

Special thanks to the Nara Prefectural Police and the Tokyo Metropolitan Police Security Division SPs.
