For over 30 years, Mr. Yamamoto, affectionately known as "Yassan," has been practicing *miraculous* plum cultivation without any chemical fertilizers. He relies on local organic materials, such as rice bran, fish scraps, and chicken manure, to create his unique fertilizers and compost.

Now, we're developing a special year-end gift product through a collaboration between "Yasuo Yamamoto Farm", the ethical & sustainable brand "Stasher Inc.", and the "Japan Wellbeing Promotion Council & YeeY Inc".
