The final session brought together Yuka Shimada, Yuji Yazawa, Takashi Inoue, and Chairperson Ryuosuke Ikeda.
With well-being at the core of its corporate philosophy, Will Group Chairperson Ikeda spoke on how “well-being” is the most important performance metric.
The session ended as Shimada invited everyone to experience the warm glow of “Bamboo Light Art” by Chisao Ikeda, closing the event in a serene atmosphere.
Well-being is an academic pursuit that seeks to improve how we live. Although it’s a universal concept, it has often been overlooked amid rapid social and technological advancements.
Thank you for joining us.
