On December 14-15, 2019 (Saturday-Sunday), we held the "Positive Psychology Business Practitioner Certification Workshop" in Hakata, Fukuoka.

With the theme "Techniques and Practices to Maximize Organizational Well-being," the workshop was led by Harvard University's renowned Professor Tal Ben-Shahar. Over the two days, participants engaged in interactive sessions, and we welcomed Norio Sayama, Ryuji Nakatake, Professor Takashi Maeno, and Professor Masaya Kobayashi for a panel discussion, which is presented below with photos.

TRAINER

Professor Tal Ben-Shahar
A former professor at Harvard University, his course "Positive Psychology and Leadership" drew 1,400 students (20% of the university). He provides consulting in organizational behavior to companies worldwide, including Shell, Israel Corporations, and Avimo Electro-Optics. Co-founder of The David Project, he has also designed a curriculum adopted by over 100 universities in the US and Israel to foster an equitable understanding of the Arab-Israeli conflict. His workshops, which emphasize practical applications in life and business, have influenced countless individuals since he first visited Japan in April 2019.
