The CHO (Chief Happiness Officer) is a specialist responsible for an organization's wellbeing.
Starting in July, we will launch workshops to cultivate Chief Happiness Officers who not only have knowledge of wellbeing but also integrate expertise across various fields, including HR, business development, creativity, leadership, and communication, to enhance organizational wellbeing.
CHO SCHOOL is the only place in Japan where one can systematically learn about the role of Chief Happiness Officer.
