In Okinawa Prefecture, we aim to create an environment where individuals involved in law violations can lead stable lives, discover a sense of purpose, and prevent recidivism.
We want to establish an environment where, when individuals seek support, they can receive it without refusal.
The Hashifune Project is designed to bring together various public and private organizations that share this vision, forming a broad base of support.
Through this project, existing social resources connect, learn about each other's activities and strengths, and build layered and lateral networks.
