Ukou is a Japanese soba restaurant in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, dedicated to handmade noodles. The name “Ukou” was inherited from the artistic name of the owner’s grandmother, who became a sumi-e ink painter in 1960, and embodies the Japanese aesthetic sense and the spirit of Zen.
