This training course for the well-being and positive psychology practitioners is a series of 15 lessons for learning Positive Psychology and especially its approach of focusing on the person’s strengths to enhance well-being of a team or an individual.
Whereas the clinical psychology has conventionally addressed mental disorders or issues, Positive Psychology seeks to reveal what it takes for a normal, healthy person can be happier.
Positive Psychology is applied widely from mental/ somatic health to education, business management, and policy making.
